Sean Lowry
Sean Lowry is the Owner and President of "Our New Era," a pioneering transitional living organization dedicated to providing holistic support and resources for individuals navigating life’s critical changes. With a deep-rooted passion for community and empowerment, Sean established the organization to address the growing need for structured, compassionate transitional housing solutions.
Sean brings over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the property management and public relations sectors. He is a devoted husband and the father of four children, and is involved in coaching and organizing youth sports in his community which underpins his thoughtful and client-centered approach to service provision. Under Sean's visionary leadership, "Our New Era" will be synonymous with innovation and dedication in its approach to helping individuals achieve independence and resilience.
His commitment to creating impactful, tailored programs is evident in the expansion of the organization’s network, now encompassing multiple facilities that serve diverse communities. Sean's leadership is characterized by a focus on inclusivity, integrity, and sustainable growth, ensuring that "Our New Era" consistently meets and exceeds the needs of its clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Sean is deeply involved in advocacy work and twelve step communities, promoting policies that support marginalized populations and foster community development. He is dedicated to inspiring positive change and remains a pivotal force behind "Our New Era’s" continued success and transformation.
Jacob Stroup
Jacob Stroup serves as the Director of Operations at "Our New Era". With a strong background in operations management and a dedicated focus on social impact, Jacob is instrumental in optimizing organizational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
Leveraging over 12 years of experience in recovery, hospitality, marketing and management, Jacob excels in strategic planning and resource management. He continually applies his expertise to advance "Our New Era’s" mission of providing safe, supportive environments for those in transition.
Jacob plays a key role in launching several innovative programs aimed at expanding outreach and increasing the capacity to serve larger numbers of individuals and families. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration and empathy, fostering a team atmosphere where creativity and resilience flourish.
Outside of his professional life, Jacob is an advocate for community involvement and regularly participates in local initiatives addressing homelessness and social equity. His commitment to empowering others and creating sustainable change makes him a vital part of the "Our New Era" team.
